Legendary singer 2Face Idibia has come out to speak for the first time
after the nationwide protest which he called off for reasons best known
to him.
Although he did not participate in the protest but the multi award winning singer said he shed tears when he saw Nigerians speak up for themselves on the street during the protest and other social media platforms .
“I watched with tears in my eyes as Nigerians came out yesterday to speak up in protest on the streets, on social media, on the radio,”

“I watched as Nigerians demonstrated that no one voice is louder than the other, whether you be 2baba or security forces. I watched as many people called me a coward but I am happy to be a coward that spoke up and I will always continue to speak up,” he said.“I watched with tears in my eyes as Nigerians came out yesterday to speak up in protest on the streets, on social media, on the radio,”

The question is,why was 2face shedding tears? was it because he
regretted not participating with people because he thought it would be a
disaster , or was it because his efforts did not go in vain.
The protest took place in some major cities in the country like Lagos, Port Harcourt, Osun, Abuja among others.
