AMVCA which was held on 5the 5th of march 2016 in one of Nigeria's most
prestigious hotel Eko Hotels And Suite was a very
successful one which goes out to prove that the African movie industry is
finally utilizing it potentials and will be giving us more.
The
Award now in it fourth year was created by Mnet and is sponsored by Amstel
Malta and was aired live on all the African magic channels.
The event was hosted by the multi-talented, fan-favourite IK Osakioduwa
who returns to host the awards for a fourth time and he will be joined by a new
co-host, Minenhle ‘Minnie’ Dlamini who is regarded as the hottest woman on South African
television, Minnie, is an actress, TV presenter, radio DJ, Brand Ambassador, MC
and Fashionista. Minnie broke into prominence in 2010 when she beat thousands
of hopefuls in the nationwide search for a young and sassy presenter for one of
South Africa’s biggest music shows. Within months, Minnie also landed a role as
the sassy Miranda on the popular soap Generations,
a role which opened her up to a bigger, Pan-African audience.
The
